Lisa Hartstein

Director of Programs

Lisa Hartstein has over 25 years’ experience in nonprofit grants management with a specialization in access to healthcare. In her current capacity as Director of Programs for the Promise Fund of Florida, she is responsible for overseeing all mission programming and initiatives to promote breast and cervical health education and patient navigation; early detection and screening; and the development of a continuum of care for screening, diagnostic, treatment, and survivorship services.

Ms. Hartstein holds a Master’s Degree in Health Finance and Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Ms. Hartstein has held research and grants leadership positions at Columbia University, the National Academy of Sciences, as well as locally at the Children’s Services Council, Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies Coalition, and the Maternal Child Family Health Alliance.
