As the Chief Operating Officer of the Promise Fund, Karen is dedicated to enhancing women’s health services throughout Florida. With a background as a licensed speech-language pathologist, she merges clinical expertise with nonprofit leadership to drive innovative programs that significantly increase access to breast and cervical cancer screenings, diagnostics and treatment. Karen's strategic vision and operational acumen empower the organization to create impactful partnerships and foster community engagement, ultimately improving the lives of families in need.
